Lagom
is a Swedish word/way of life. It basically means not too little and
not too much. Here in Amurika we might call that mediocrity, but I find
it to be a useful term to describe moderation and balance.
When
it comes to makeup and beauty products/procedures, the lagom mindset is
at its best, IMHO. I don't want to walk around looking like an anime
character that killed a unicorn, but I also really love makeup and would
love for the makeup I wear to be noticeable - even if just to enhance
my features. I want to see a difference, dammit!
Obviously
